Hi @ananddevops ,
That’s strange! We tried to replicate the issue on our side, and everything seems to be working fine. Did you checked the page backend meta option? Make sure you have transparent header option is set to enabled or customizer setting. Here is the screenshot that will help.
If still, you don’t seems to fix your issue then please open up a support ticket from here.
@deepakl
That seems to be the issue, thanks for the resolution.
Will get back, incase I face the same issue on a live test.
Hi @ananddevops ,
Sure do let me know if you find any issue in your live site. 🙂
@deepakl So I set the transparent header, but here is the thing. It moves the bg and images added on it, UP. See screenshots:
1. Non Transparent header
2. With Trnsprnt Header
Hence there is a chance of an overlap or I have manually pad and manage it. Which is not the best option for responsiveness.
When I make the header transparent, I don’t want the header space to go but instead just become transparent, to show the bg.
Is that not possible?
Thanks
@deepakl awaiting your revert on the same.
Thanks
I have opened a new case for the same, hence closing this issue. Please ignore the last two comments.
