I installed the plugin on a multisite environment. It works like a charm on the main site, no problem. However, on another subsite it’s just showing the loading wheel, and I can’t make it work.

The subsite has the same plugins enabled than the main site.

    WordPress 6.9.1

    PHP: 8.2.29

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Thanks for the report. Since this is a multisite setup and it works on the main site, the most likely cause is a subsite-specific difference. Could you please try the following on the affected subsite?

    1. Please confirm whether the plugin is Network Activated or activated only on individual sites, and that it’s active on this subsite as well.
    2. Temporarily disable any JS optimization (minify/merge/defer/delay) and clear all caches (plugin/server/CDN), then re-test.
    3. If possible, temporarily switch the subsite to a default theme (…e.g. Twenty Twenty-Four) and check if the issue persists.
