Hello, I can no longer see or manage the subscribers to my page. The subscribers feature isn’t working properly despite being enabled and connected.

I’m the connection owner, the Newsletter feature is toggled on, but I’m getting “page not found” errors when trying to access subscribers both from WP Admin and cloud.jetpack.com.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@lastsplash – I can’t see the email that you sent me- can you resend your reply? I changed my email address on the forum so it will go to an email that I can actually access. Thank you!

    Hi there, @peaceandquitetness,

We’re sorry to hear you can’t read the email we sent you 🙁

We don’t have access to the email address tied to this forum account, so we cannot resend the email this way. What you can do is to re-contact us by using this email address (the contact form is the same), and mention again this thread.

Before doing it, you may want to try cycling the Jetpack connection to see if that helps. You can do it by deactivating Jetpack in your wp-admin dashboard at Plugins > Installed Plugins and then reactivating it and connecting to WordPress.com again.

More info on how to do that can be found here: https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack/

If that doesn’t work, please contact us again via the form. Thanks for sorting this out with us!
