Can’t open blog, Getting error message ‘Cannot modify header information’

    I did an auto install of WordPress on my Godaddy account: when I type in http://www.outsidetheboxconservative.com/blog I get the error message below:

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/o/u/t/outboxcon/html/blog/wp-config.php:153) in /home/content/o/u/t/outboxcon/html/blog/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 850
