There was conflict with Captcha by BestWebSoft, we’ve deactivated this plugin and it works fine now. The Facebook avatar also works, I left one test comment.
Please note! The main reasons of “keep loading” issues are CAPTCHA Plugins, if you have some CAPTCHA plugin installed, please deactivate, reset the cache then check pDIscuz again.

Hi tsuon,
wpDiscuz has it’s own CAPTCHA. So you don’t have to use some CAPTCHA for comments. However if you want to use it for login and registration you should try some of those and check if it doesn’t affect wpDiscuz. I’m sorry but I can’t recommend an exact plugin.

I have to struggle with the same issue above. However, it’s seem that the root problem is different in my case. I had tried to deactivated all plugin on my site, but it was not solved the issue.
Could you helpbme out, because I really love your plugin, I have tried the woodiscuz and it work really great; and I do really hope this wpdiscuz could work as great as woodiscuz.

the same issue here. While posting comments either it keeps loading and loading for ages or I get a message: “SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data”
I have carefully read all threads on the support forum and and here it is:
1. No other captcha plugin installed
2. All other plugins turned off (to see if any other is conflicting)
3. All cache cleared, no cache plugin working (cache cleared even on the server)
4. Deleted, installed it agatin, deleted, installed it again.
5. Checked on different browsers, different PCs, even tablets and mobile, even different WordPress themes (!).
Now, what seems to be the problem?
