# Can't remove plugin

 * I get the following error when I try to upgrade or delete plugins:
 * Plugin could not be deleted due to an error: Could not fully remove the plugin(
   s) platinum-seo-pack/platinum_seo_pack.php.
 * I have checked file permissions: 755
 * I have tried to ftp and delete and I receive an error stating I don’t have permission
   or the directory is not empty.
 * Help?

 * When you try and delete using ftp you will have delete all files first and then
   delete directory if there are in subdirectory then you will do the same delete
   files then sub directory
 * If you can log in in host then you can delete directory.
