Can't Reset Password

    I have not used our WP blog for some time. I want to log in and can’t remember my pw. When I use the Forgot PW reset I get the following error

    The email could not be sent.
    Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function.

    I can’t log in at all so not sure how to resolve this…

    You might also contact your host to see if there are any other issues regarding your site.

    I read that link all of those options require you to either be able to log into your site (which I can’t) or have access to the database files which I don’t. So I don’t think any of those options will work for me.

    I’ll contact my web host/designer that installed WP initially – was hoping to not have to wait until Tuesday…

    Most hosts have 24×7 support.
