# Can’t run install.php

 * Hello.
 * I’ve uploaded the various files to the server, with no problem.
 * However, when I try to run install.php, I get a dialogue box which says “do you
   want to open or save this file”. When I click open, a new browser window opens,
   but then closes again straight away, and the dialogue box reappears.
 * Any ideas what I’ve done wrong?

 * I have the same problem but with upgrade.php !
    So I restored eveything and old
   version works. So Apache/PHP IS running! (I started topic about this)
