Has anyone had this problem before?
I have no had this problem before, but it sounds like you have a JavaScript error on the page. The date picker uses JavaScript, and if you currently have another error on the page things won’t work properly.

Same issue. None of the settings or announcements have ‘save’ buttons. The above sheds some light into what the issue may be, which is great, but how can we resolve it?
