can’t save edits to email templates

my edits to the ultimate member email templates arent applying- im trying to customise all the email templates for when a user registers and im making the changes through the plugin settings – Ultimate Member > Settings > Emails. I’m trying to edit Account Welcome Email, Account Activation Email, Your account is pending review, and Account Approved Email templates. the emails are being sent, but i’m trying to edit the content of the emails and whenever i do and click save, the changes dont apply, they just revert back to the original template
