Can’t save feed

    Hi,

    For one of my facebook page, the plugin is working correctly. I can add a feed and see the content on my website. For the other one, I can’t save/apply facebook feed “edit” page. I’m the creator of both pages.

    1st page (ok) : page
    2nd page (not ok) : page

    Troubleshoot tests :
    – Uninstall/reinstall following the procedure : video

    – Remove the business integration following the procedure : video

    Hi,

    Can you please try to select Content type > Specific? See the following screenshot. Please let us know if this content type is working.

    Hi,

    I solved the problem by unsynchronising the Intagram account and the Facebook page. I don’t understand why it works but it was the only difference between the two pages.

    As it currently works, I prefer not to try new settings.
