# Can’t save Google Access Code

 * Please help me.
    I can’t save the Google Access Code. The plugin version I use
   is 4.9.1 I did it on another website with the same version plugin, but now I 
   can’t do it. so I can’t understand the difference(plugins?). thanks, – Akira

 * Are you using any other CF7 addons or any other google integration plugin?
    [Enable the debug log from wp-config.php](https://www.gsheetconnector.com/how-to-enable-debugging-in-wordpress)
   and look at **Debug View** from Integration Tab to identify the issue.

 * I checked “Debug Log View”, but it was blank, there’s no log.
    Please tell me

 * The above-listed plugins are not for google drive related integration. So no 
   issue with the above plugins,
 * In the last message, I mentioned you to enable the debug from wp-config.php,

   and still, debug view is empty then can you check debug.log located in the wp-
   content directory Send me the errors or attach the file of errors here.

 * It shows there are lots of issues and errors in the site,
    and the thing which
   is causing the issue is **backupwp plugin**, which is using older version of 
   _GuzzleHTTP version_, Please deactivate this plugin for a while and check it 
   out.
