# Can’t save html5 fields (data attributes)

* Hi there,
i can’t save any html5 field attributes like autocomplete/min/max/
pattern/etc. It’s possible to fill in the values inside the modal windows, but
nothing will be saved or even set into the input of the field.
* First determined with WP 5.1.0 and cforms 14.14, but it’s also reproducible with
a fresh installation of WP 5.1.1 and cforms 15.0.

but i’m wondering if these important feature can’t be overlooked nearly one year.
