Can't save venue

I’ve looked at posts with similar subjects, but they don’t report the error I’m seeing. When I enter the name and address of a venue and then click save, I get the error, “INSERT INTO wp_eom_venues (name,city,fullAddress,lat,lon) VALUES (‘Test’,’Seattle’,’200 University Street, Seattle, WA 98101, USA’,47.607827,-122.337549)”

Looks like the table in the db mismatches the form fields.
