    The 456 is blackbold so I can’t search 3456 or 123456 to match it.
    And it’s same for colored character.

    It’s very unconvenient when articles have color to emphasize important things.
    It just make it unsearchable.

    In WordPress search the markup should not matter at all.

    You should find 123 as well as 345 as well as 456.

    However maybe you use a plugin, or else? Then the forum of said plugin or theme would be more adequate to ask.

    How can this happens? It’s divided by html code
    It’s always not searchable on my machine.
    Are you sure you are not mis-remember!??
    I disabled the “WP Extended Search” plugin and it still same

    It happen in search bar
    Url look like this

    Duh, you are right, I definitely “mis-remembered”.

    Indeed the search doesn’t find the text when part of it is bolded or else…

    Strange. I could have sworn this never was an issue, but it does not find it.
