Does the slug of the page you’re using match the slug shown in TML settings for Log In?

It does not. When I switch it to the same slug I get the following error:

Warning: include(template-blank-4.php): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/blueberryfn/public_html/wp-includes/template-loader.php on line 106

Warning: include(): Failed opening ‘template-blank-4.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php80/root/usr/share/pear’) in /home/blueberryfn/public_html/wp-includes/template-loader.php on line 106

    Any updates on this yet?

It sounds like you may need to select a custom template for that page.
