I installed the plugin on my website and I’m still having the same problem. Replicated on Firefox and in Safari. Make sure you set up at least one location, one service and one staff member. Something must have been messed up by a tester using the demo. * Still can’t get it to work on my site, though. I have 1 location set up, 1 staff and 1 service. The staff is checked to perform that service and she has a schedule set up. I figured it out. The theme I have is using a script called Magic Line on the navigation and it was, for some reason, causing the date/time fields not to show. When I’m “previewing” the page with the scheduling form on it, it looks great just like it’s suppose to.
