• Hi, I think I have set the plugin correctly. Form subscription is OK, but no email is sent after the update of the stock: neither automatic sending, nor manual sending.
    Including sending the test mail !

    I tested all I read through the whole forum … but it can’t work.

    • I tested the both Background Process Engine
    • I disabled and reactivated the plugin
    • I have no other WooCommerce plugin
    • The cron is active
    • In the status of WooCommerce, emails are listed as sent …….

    The only point, maybe : I’m working from administration mode now – the site is style on maintenance. So I’m connected as an administrator … it is a problem ?

    2. Screenshot of checking the Email Status – test email option(Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> Status ->Email Status)

    I’m having the same problem. I just installed this plugin and everything is ok except for the fact that it doesn’t send emails. I’m still testing it to see how it works.

    1. Whether the status of the subscription entry in the “All Subscribers” table has changed when it is subscribed or returned to stock? Yes, it changes.

    2. Screenshot of checking the Email Status – test email option(Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> Status ->Email Status). It says that the email was sent but never got it.

    This is the same for me :

    1. Subscription Table changes
    • when I subscribe for an out of stock product, I’m added in the table with a gray button with “subscribed” (or something like this)
    • when I add 1 product available (this is the minimum required as per my settings) the line is updated : the button is green with “mail sent”. But no reception…
    • and then I do “Send Instock Mail” manually, no mail also

    2. Email status : all is written as sent, but never go it …

    Thanks for the precise information. 

    1. Deactivate all other plugins except “WooCommerce” and our “Back In Stock Notifier for WooCommerce” to see if it works properly—sometimes this issue may be due to conflict between different plugins.

    2. Please enable the option: “Enable this option if you have updated the stock from a third-party inventory plugin.” (Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> Settings -> Troubleshoot Section -> Enable this option if you have updated the stock from a third-party inventory plugin)

    Hi,

    no change on my part for both options 🙁

    I have a few plugin, only 1 for WooCommerce (flexible shipping) and I had already tested to deactivate all (as advised all along the support)

    I even enabled the “Enter Email Ids separated by commas that you want to receive subscription copy mail” with a different email and don’t receive it.

    I would really like this plugin to work on my end…
