# Can’t setup plugin

 * Hi there,
 * After a fresh install of 1.4.3, when I navigate to the plugin to setup I see 
   a blank screen with only “Get started with Google Listings & Ads” at the top.
 * Looking at devtools I see a 404 error for `/wp-json/gla/mc/setup?_locale=user`
   and I also see an object output like so in console:
 *     ```
       {
         code: "rest_no_route",
         data: {
           status: 404
         },
         message: "No route was found matching the URL and request method."
       }
       ```
   
 * Any tips on how to get to the screen where I can see the setup?

 * I understand you’re not able to go through the setup process of the extension
   because of the error `No route was found matching the URL and request method`.
 * As a first step, could you please go to `Settings > Permalinks` and then click`
   Save Changes` without making any changes. This will refresh the rewrite rules
   on your website so once you’ve done that please go back to Google Listings & 
   Ads to see if you’re able to continue.
 * If that doesn’t help, then next I would recommend you temporarily switch to a
   default theme such as [Storefront](https://en-gb.wordpress.org/themes/storefront/)
   disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Google Listings & Ads to check
   if another plugin is preventing this URL from being accessible.
 * Under those conditions, if you are able to access the setup screen, then you 
   can continue with a full [conflict test](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/)
   in order to identify where the problem is coming from.
 * If neither of those steps help then could your please share your current System
   Status Report with us? You can get it by navigating to the `WooCommerce > Status`
   section of your site. Once there, click on the `Get system report` button and
   then copy it by clicking on the `Copy for support` button. Then paste it here
   in a comment.
 * We’ll then advise on the next steps.
