Please post a download link to the theme or plugin you’re translating.
It’s a custom theme and i can’t upload it. Is there no other way to check the problem? It work’s till the 2.x update.

I can’t debug it if I can’t download it.
If you have any error messages, warnings, etc.. please post them. That includes on-screen messages, errors in log files and in browser console. Also ensure WP_DEBUG is on.
Try the Debug tab after clicking on your bundle. It may show something useful.
I checked the debug.log file and cant find some loco related errors. Here is the error message from loco

Your screenshot is from the 1.x legacy version. This version is no longer supported.
This is correct. The error pops up since the last update. I mean, why you provide the “downgrade to 1.x” button, when it doesnt work? 😉
Here a Screen from the 2.x Version. The sync button are disabled.

It works for thousands of people. I just won’t be providing help or fixes for a version that has been made obsolete. I don’t have the time.
If the error says it’s “unknown” it means something has happened beyond its control.
As for version 2. The most likely reason for the sync button being disabled is Loco doesn’t know how to extract strings from your source code. Is the bundle fully configured? Did you click from the link that says “Edit template” or some other list of files that Loco says it doesn’t understand?
Did you try the Debug tab like I suggested?
Did you enable WP_DEBUG?

Hi. Thanks for reply.
I checked the loco settings etc. On the german (de_DE.po) file i’ve found that error:
Missing template
These translations are not linked to a POT file. Sync operations will extract strings directly from source code.
Yes, wp_debug_log are on, but there is no entry in the debug.log. When i turn wp_debug on, no error will be shown.
Hope you can help. The problems are since the last update. Before everything works great.

There’s no error in your logs, because this is not an error. Loco is simply telling you it doesn’t understand the way your theme is set up for translation.
You have two choices:
1. Set up the theme in a standard way so it just works;
2. Configure Loco to understand the way you’ve set it up.
See documentation on making sure Loco understands your theme:
