Normally, any user (logged in or not logged in) can see the activities in the calendar and eventually book.
On the “Activity parameters” dialog last tab allows for picking the only roles that are allowed to book. Also, the tool-tip says “don’t pick any role to allow everybody”.

And here the issue – once I pick any role I can’t undo the setting.
I mean, I can unpick all roles by CTRL+click, but the settings doesn’t seem to go back to the original state and from this point the activity is no longer visible in the calendar for not logged-in users…

    I’m currently on 1.12.7.

Update: apparently after a few more tries (or maybe some timeout) I started to see the affected activity even without logging-in.
So, no issue for now I think 🙂

Please make sure you are not using a database caching tool (also called “Object cache”) (Redis, Memcached…).

An object cache tool caches the database queries results. So if a plugin like Booking Activities retrieves data from the database, it returns the same result before and after the data has been updated. Object cache cannot be natively compatible with all plugins, and unfortunately Booking Activities is not compatible with object cache.
