Can't update HERO-TEXT

Our site was built by an outside company and contains a custom theme; we only update the site.

I have not been able to get them to assist me with changing our mission statement that appears below the Royal Slider “The people of….and social health.”

I used Chrome’s “inspect element” to see that it has something to do with “Hero-text”….I have looked everywhere in the dashboard to change it. I tried changing the tagline, tried the “customize” menu and still no luck.

I do not know CSS, so if anyone can point me in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated!
