# Can't update old posts

 * I am trying to update some old posts in my site but no matter what I do, when
   I click publish my changes get removed and the post goes back to the original
   version.
 * I can’t delete the post nor can I change its status. I have cleared my cookies
   and cache, turned off and on my plugins, tried different browsers … but nothing
   seems to work.
 * Is there any one out there who could help me out?
