Can't upload files

    Updated both the plugin and WordPress with current release (from Nov 21, year 2012) and upload files doesn’t work.
    I’ve set wp-content/uploads with chmod 777 but the post creation doesn’t work when I set in admin to upload files.
    It would be great to display an message with the server error to better debug.
    Does anyone have any idea how to resolve it?

    More info: I can upload files thru Media Uploader. So I don’t think it’s a permission problem in uploads folder.
