Can’t upload theme or update WordPress – Uploading Issues

    Whenever I try uploading a theme or upgrade to 2.9.2, I get the below error:

    Warning: touch() [function.touch]: Unable to create file D:\Hosting\5572417\html/wp-content/modern-style.tmp because Permission denied in D:\Hosting\5572417\html\wp-admin\includes\file.php on line 184

    Download failed. Could not create Temporary file

    Can you help? Thanks.

    Looks like a server configuration issue. Try contacting your hosts or learn how to upgrade manually & install themes manually.
