# Can’t user wordpress Customizer

 * I have the following error when trying to use the Customizer:
 *     ```

 * I’d like to help you with your problem.
 * Can you provide more information about your problem.
 * > May I know which part of your site the error is displaying?
    > What steps did
   you make before the error displayed in your site? > What version of WordPress
   and Redux are you using?
 * Also, this issue might be caused by another plugin/theme. So, please check if
   this issue happens when only Redux and the Twenty-Twenty One theme are active.
