 * Hello,
 * Upon first install I checked some fields which I didn’t want a user access to.
   First changes made worked like a charm after login in and testing the other user
   account.
 * However, I’ve decided to lift some restrictions initially applied but after updating,
   I could not see the changes transfer to the user. Does it take a little while
   to update or is there something wrong? You could aid me in fixing this please.
 * Thanks in advance.

 * [@eisaandalus](https://wordpress.org/support/users/eisaandalus/),
    What are the
   restriction settings did you set? Could you take some screenshots or so?

 * It’ll be too many screenshots and I don’t think worth the effort. Would it work
   like before if I unintalled the plugin and then reinstalled it and only apply
   the new roles then?
 * Also can I disable access to adminimize without disabling access to other plugins?
   I need to let the other user access to Plugins but I don’t want the user to uninstall
   adminimize and then be able to change roles, etc.

 * A reinstall is not necessary. Remove the options, use the deinstall option on
   the settings page. This remove the entry for save options inside the database.
   After this, update options with a active checkbox and Adminimize will generate
   all options from scratch.

 * I did all this but it still didn’t work. It seems many others have had the same
   problem with no solution. Hopefully in the future this issues won’t be an issue,
   but for the mean time I’ve had to make use of a combination of 2 other plugins.
