cant’t save products draft

    Facebook for woocommerce doesn’t let me save even the product draft when the product category is listed to be excluded from sync.

    it shows a warning message that has 2 buttons, cancel and “go to settings”.

    Hi @yanchile

    This usually happens when the product itself hast the sync setting enabled. Could you check whether the product has the setting enabled for “include in Facebook sync“ and disable it and then try again.
