 * Hi,
 * I’m currently using your plugin to setup Capabilities for a new role (Staff)
   for WooCommerce.
 * It’s a very basic role with
    Orders: Edit, Edit Others Read View Admin Dashboard
 * We also have a plugin for printing Packing Slips & Picking Lists, WebToffee WooCommerce
   PDF Invoices, Packing Slips, Delivery Notes and Shipping Labels. But with these
   settings above I get an error when accessing this page “You are not allowed to
   view this page.” as that user.
 * A shop manager has access, so I went through each setting to see which one it
   required and found it to be Manage WooCommerce. Turning this on for Staff give
   them too much access to other areas of Woo.
 * Is there a way to use the Add Capability to allow just the printing, I wouldn’t
   know where to find which one I need for that plugin. I was wondering if you can
   help?
 * Kind Regards,
    Mark Marshall

 * Hi [@mmarshall1993](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mmarshall1993/)
 * Thanks for using Capabilities. Unfortunately, WooCommerce doesn’t give an easy
   way to break out the options in that “manage WooCommerce” capability.
 * The best approach might be to use the “Admin Menus” feature in the Pro version:

 * Hi Steve,
 * Many thanks for the very quick reply.
 * I see, I’ll look into that. One question on that, does this just hide the link
   in the menu or does it block the page completely, i.e. if the link/button isn’t
   there, but they know the url, they could still access the page by it’s url?
 * Kind Regards,

 * Hi [@mmarshall1993](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mmarshall1993/). It will
   completely block the URL, even if they were sneaky enough to try and guess it.
