 * I’m in the middle of moving my wordpress site between two servers, everything
   is working great except exec-php and capability manager. I find it really strange
   that capability manager does not have edit othersphp/exec php as options to check
   off.. I’m assuming this is the problem because wordpress is just turning my php
   code into html comments. (I’ve checked off unfiltered html/turned off visual
   editor etc..)
 * Does anyone have any ideas as to how to get capability manager to recognize that
   exec-php is installed?
 * Thanks!

 * I figured it out. Ended up having to go back to my old server, make a back up
   of capability manager’s settings, copy/paste that plug in from my old server
   to the new one, then click restore saved point. The plug in then remembered the
   settings from my old server.
