 * Hi there, I wonder if anyone knows how to do this.
 * I have a progress meter plugin installed on a communal blog.
    I’d like to give
   access to Manage –> Progress Meters on the dashboard, to the authors on the blog,
   but not to the rest of the manage admin panel. That way they can add their own
   meters and update them when they need to.
 * I got Role/Capability Management installed and I’ve added a “Manage Progress 
   Meters” but no dice, it doesn’t show up for the author roles.
 * Does anyone know what syntax this has to be? The documentation doesn’t say, and
   since this is a plugin that adds the option, I’m a bit stuck and would really
   appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction.
