# Captcha code not rendering

 * I’ve been having an issue where the Captcha box shows up in my webform, but not
   the actual code that a person would need to type in the text field.
 * If the page is refreshed, the code shows up. but I’m worried some people cannot
   complete without refreshing and just leave my site.
 * Any insight or help would be appreciated.

 * The built in captcha is no longer recommended as it’s pretty ancient code. Use
   Recaptcha if you want a captcha on your form.
