# Captcha Image does show

 * Captcha image is not showing up on the comment section of a site I am working
   on. I have disabled and retested themes to make sure it wasn’t a conflict and
   can’t seem to find the problem.

 * BTW you will have to enable the captcha again because we had to run it off for
   right now. so people could post comments. Let me know what you found and the 
   solution.

 * What the solution for this issue ? Only resolved without the post the solution.
   I have the same problem with the captcha and I saw that this issue dont have 
   solution in forum the plugin.

 * Hi,
 * Can you explain the steps ? I can to fix. I’m system adminstrator and I know 
   linux and others skils.

 * gVectors Team did fix the problem we had. Maybe create an FTP user for them to
   fix. That’s what we did for them to have access and then you can delete that 
   FTP user.
 * I have used this plugin on other sites and not had a problem and some are a default
   of what hosting is using to block content , file permissions, etc, or a social
   login conflict, so it seems like each one is different.
 * I’m just commenting to let you know, they can be trusted to FTP to your site 
   and fix problems that arise. They did a very good job.

    The reason of this issue can be lot of things. I’d suggest rafaeluchoa
   to check .htaccess if it disables direct access to php files, this also can affect
   wpDiscuz captcha.

 * So, I think that gVector to fix the issue in the customer server using the the
   ftp or ssh account is very valid, but on the other hang, I think that plugin 
   could be have a log or other way of the customer identify the problem alone.
 * For while, I yet will go to use the disqus plugin. I would like change to wpdiscuz
   because the easy integration with the wordpress login layer and it be very fast
   than disqus.
