# Captcha Issue

 * Hey there,
 * I have been getting a few complaints over the past few days about Captcha not
   working correctly on the plugin. This morning I tested it and here is what I 
   got . It was asking what 4×3= is . I put in 12 and it said that was incorrect.
   It then asked what 6+1= and I put in 7 and this time it was successful.
 * I am not sure if this is an isolated issue but it has came from multiple people
   on my site in just a few days.

 * Are you using a page cacne? This issue can crop up if you’ve got page caching
   active on the page with the form. It’s usually necessary to disable page caching
   on that page.

 * Ahhh that could be it. I believe I have W3 Cache installed. I will see if I can
   disable it on that page.
