Captcha Not Showing .

Hi,

I have disabled all plugins except WP Job Manager and also changed the theme but the Google captcha is not showing. Can you plz Recommend me what to do.

First, I recommend you double-check that all your reCAPTCHA settings match what is shown on your Google’s ReCAPTCHA admin dashboard as shown in our guide here: https://wpjobmanager.com/document/getting-started/setting-up-wp-job-manager/#recaptcha-settings

If it’s still not working after that, please, let me know if you see any errors or other details that might help us troubleshoot with you.

@kuhashmi You posted to the Internet for millions of people who scrape those things a key labeled “SECRET” 4 hours ago. You are on the fast track to being compromised.

You need to change that right now.

@kuhashmi I would recommend you delete your secret key ASAP, as you have shared it on a public forum.

I’d suggest creating new keys, and then inputting them.

I also suggest you create a staging site with a default theme enabled, along with all plugins disabled except for WPJM, and then sharing the URL of the page with the form here, we will be able to advise you further.

I have create staging site , disable all plugins, and also activate : Twenty Twenty-Four theme.

Hi @kuhashmi,

First of all, ensure that you’ve selected correct version of reCAPTCHA.

WP Job Manager currently supports V2 and V3. Please compare and make sure your WP Job Manager Captcha matches that of yours.

You can check your ReCAPTCHA type and vesrion at Google’s ReCAPTCHA admin dashboard.

You can then enter the site key and a secret key in the ReCAPTCHA settings page on your site where WP Job Manager is installed. To enable captcha, navigate to the CAPTCHA tab from the Settings page.
- Field Label – The label used for the reCAPTCHA field on forms.
- Site Key – You can get this from the Google ReCAPTCHA admin dashboard.
- Secret Key – You can get this from the Google ReCAPTCHA admin dashboard.
- Job Submission Form – Enable this to display the ReCAPTCHA field on your job submission form.
