 * Two problems –
    1. The submit button does not work on the Contact page form 2.
   On the adoption page form the captcha does not show and submit button doesn’t
   work
 * Thank you in advance for your help.

 * Looks like your form has two recaptcha fields, this could be the problem. Please
   remove one of them and try again.
