# Caption not shown

 * Hi,
 * I would like to know how to display Caption under each photo. Please refer to
   the following example:

 * I have set the Captions setting to be “As title attribute”, however, no caption
   is displayed.

 * The shortcode I am using is as below:
 * [gallery columns="5" link="file" size="thumbnail" itemtag="div" icontag="span"
   captiontag="p"]
 * Note that I have tried many different combination of settings and shortcode parameters
   without success.
 * Could you please help me display Captions below each photo?

 * The captions should appear as title attribute. (tooltip when you mouse over.)
 * More caption options are available in [RGG PRO](http://bdwm.be/rgg/responsive-gallery-grid-pro/)
 * If you don’t want to pay for this feature, you could write some custom javascript
   or find another plugin that turns title tags into custom tooltips.
