 * It has been recommended by Braintree to enhance fraud protection by capturing
   and passing device data. There are guides for implementation, client and server
   side:

   but with this plugin is this a matter of enabling 3DS Secure Settings? I’m not
   sure how to implement given the guides, and the fact that we are using this plugin.

 * No, device data and 3DS are two separate things. You can enable the collection
   of device data via the Braintree plugin’s Advanced Settings > Fraud Settings 
   page.
