  • Hi @davidgimenez

Thanks for reaching out and for providing the screenshots! To clarify, the form’s appearance is often based on your current theme. I’d recommend reaching out to your theme developer for advice on how to modify this. As design and code customizations are outside our scope of support, your theme’s support team should be able to guide you on making the form look just the way you want it.

In case you’d like to hire experts to customize your shop, based on the feedback we get from our customers we highly recommend contacting one of the services on our Customization page.

    Hope this helps.

I am using the WooCommerce Storefront theme, but the plugin does not allow modifications, it does not allow anything, everything is loaded via iframe.

and what does the design of your plugin have to do with the theme? It doesn’t make sense if you offer the plugin, you tell me that you don’t control it. What a lie this is?

    Hi there!

I understand your concern. As my colleague mentioned earlier, the card form style depends on the theme you’re using. I have activated the default Twenty Twenty-Four theme, and I can see that the cart style appears similar to what you’re looking for, as shown in this screenshot: Screenshot.

By default, we cannot control the card style from the plugin settings, as most themes have global style settings that override the plugin settings. To change the cart style, you will need to contact the theme provider, and they will be able to offer a solution for modifying the cart style.

Alternatively you can try to following the instruction from this article on how to change the card for style. https://woocommerce.com/document/woopayments/customization-and-translation/customize-payments-appearance/

    Thank you!
