# Carousel doesn’t work

 * Hello. Good Morning! The carousel with the web stories is static. The forward
   and back button does not work. When I activate the boxed carousel option, the
   links also do not work. Have any solution?

   Thanks for reaching out with your topic. I can see the issue you are describing
   on your site, however, I am not able to reproduce it on my testing site. Perhaps,
   there is a conflict between Web Stories and your theme/plugins. Could you please
   check if this issue occurs when using a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-
   Two?
 * You can use the [Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/)
   and enable its [troubleshooting mode](https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/#troubleshooting).
   This mode disables active plugins and switches to a default theme safely because
   it only affects the experience of the logged-in user.
 * – Please enable the [Web Stories plugin](https://jmp.sh/dw3iCRp) and let me know
   if the issue is present.
    – Enabling plugins and your theme one by one in this
