 * Please make sure you’re turning on Jetpack Carousel by following this guide.

 * I see that you’re using this plugin also [https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-lightbox/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-lightbox/).
   This may cause the conflict. I suggest turning of this plugin.
 * Let us know if the issue is still there.
