# Cart error when changing quantity

 * Hi, this plugin has worked great but now gives me an error on the cart page.
 * When trying to change the quantity of an item in the cart, this error comes up“
   You can add a maximum of 15 (Name of product here) to your cart. You already 
   have 13”. You can see that it does not make sense as I havnt hit the limit that
   I set for the product yet, and even if I change the quantity to anything else
   it gives the same error. Any help or a fix would be great. Thank you

 * If you set the maximum limit to 15, then if you already have 13 in the cart, 
   that error notice will appear if you try to add any more than 2.
 * In other words, it will allow you to add 2 more (13 + 2 = 15). If you try to 
   add more than 2, the error will appear:
 * > You can add a maximum of 15 (Name of product here) to your cart. You already
   > have 13.
 * That’s the default behavior of the plugin. However, if that error happens when
   you try to add only 1 or 2 more items, then that would be a problem.

 * Yes before I had it set to 10 and it gave no errors, but now even when each product
   is not at 15 it still gives me the error. Ex. Setting a product to 9 is ok, but
   when I select 10 or more it triggers the error even when the max is set at 15.

 * I’m sorry, I cannot reproduce this error. A link your store would help me to 
   pinpoint the problem.

 * WooCommerce Max Quantity 1.2.1 was just released and it fixes a bug in which 
   it did not calculate the quantity properly if you UPDATE Quantity on the Cart
   page. This did not let some users DECREASE or INCREASE the quantity while on 
   the cart page.
 * Now, it will work correctly when you UPDATE the quantity on the Cart page.
