The cart view page (piromarket.ro/cosul-meu) works correctly when the user is logged in; the added products are displayed properly. However, when a user doesn’t have an account and is not logged in, the cart appears empty when they access that page. I don’t understand why this is happening, and I want to fix the issue quickly!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @ultra123 ,
The problem is your cart page template not displaying guest cart data.
I notice that your cart data is being stored (sessions work), but the cart page isn’t rendering it for guests.
Quick test: use default WooCommerce template:
Rename or delete your theme’s custom cart template temporarily.
WooCommerce will use default template instead.

    Hi there!

Thank you for sharing these details and explaining the issue clearly.

I understand that the cart page (piromarket.ro/cosul-meu) works correctly for logged-in users, but appears empty for guest users — and you’d like to resolve this quickly.

I’ve checked the issue on your site and was able to replicate it — the cart page appears empty for users who are not logged in. However, when I tested the cart page using a no-cache link, it displayed correctly on my end, as shown in this screenshot:

It seems like a caching issue. If you’re using any caching plugin, please try clearing your site cache. After that, go to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:

    • WooCommerce transients – Clear
    • Expired transients – Clear
    • Clear template cache – Clear
    • Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
    • Clear customer sessions -Clear

Next, please clear your browser cache and then check again. If you still face the same issue, try deactivating any cache plugin and see if that helps.

    I hope this helps!

    Hi @ultra123

It seems like you’re referring to the steps that @shsajalchowdhury suggested. Just to verify, have you tried following the steps I mentioned earlier?

The cart page works fine when accessed with a no-cache link. You can check it yourself using this link:
    https://piromarket.ro/cosul-meu/?no-cache=true

I have also verified this issue it’s completely caching issue. @shahzeenfarooq is provide great suggestion to fix this issue.
What I see in my end: https://prnt.sc/H4ZmdMP0ynzt
I think @ultra123 you can exclude cart page from caching.
