 * When saving the field mappings I get an orange error box near the top that says:“
Case_Origin cannot be empty. Please map it with Contact Form field. Status cannot
be empty. Please map it with Contact Form field.”
 * It wouldn’t make sense to allow a user to choose the case origin or case status.
Hidden fields don’t seem to allow mapping. The question is: I really MUST show
these on the front-end field? Help. I can’t save my field mappings because of
   this error.

 * Got the other plugin working again so I’m abandoning this.
