# Cat Tag Multisite Error

 * Cat + Tag plugin doesn’t work properly on multisite. When I search a tag or category
   the permlink looks like this.
 *  my-site.com/category/my-category
 * In order for it too work on multisite, it needs to look like this.
 *  my-site.com/blog/category/my-category
 * Do you have any fix for this?

 * I didn’t see that plugin in the repository, but I would suggest contacting the
   plugin developer to make sure it is compatible with Multisite.
 * If you activated it on the network I would suggest trying this:
 * 1. deactivate on the network
    2. activate on a subsite
 * See if it works on the subsite after following these steps.

 * I have already tested it on a sub-site. I know what the issue is. It’s a permalink
   issue. It needs to say /blog/ before /category/category-name.

 * That doesn’t mean it’s multisite compatible 🙂

 * It’s not checking properly for permalinks. And looking at the code, it’s calling
   wp-load.php directly which is no longer accepted in the plugin repo, so I wouldn’t
   use that plugin.
