Catalog match rate issue — 0% matching between Pixel and Product Catalog

Hello WooCommerce by Meta Support Team,
I’m facing a technical issue with my Facebook catalog synchronization through the “WooCommerce by Meta” plugin.
Everything appears active and synchronized successfully, but my catalog match rate remains 0% in Meta Commerce Manager.Here are the details:
Catalog Name: Le Vichy – Home Wear
Pixel ID: 1065714254841655
Business Manager ID: 729338684659819
Store Domain: levichyegypt.com
WooCommerce by Meta Plugin: Active and connected
Products Synced: 120+ items
However, in Meta Commerce Manager, under “Events → Matching,” I get the following warning:
“Your event source is not matching any catalog content. Match rate is 0% for the last 28 days.”
When I checked with Meta Support, they confirmed there’s no issue from Meta’s side and advised me to contact WooCommerce by Meta support.
I believe the issue might be due to:
A mismatch between the Product IDs sent by the Pixel/API and those in the catalog,
Or incorrect mapping between event data and catalog content IDs.
Could you please help me:
- Verify if the content_ids sent from my site match the catalog’s product IDs,
- Confirm that my Meta Pixel and Catalog are correctly linked inside the plugin configuration,
- And guide me on how to fix the 0% match rate issue.
I’ve attached screenshots showing:
The catalog status (active, products approved),
The event source showing “0% match rate,”
And the WooCommerce by Meta connection details.
