Catalog mode

Hi,
I am trying to use Woocommerce as a catalogo only.
I use woocommerce with WPML-and the Yith-catalog plugin.
I can not find a way to just delete the cart button and the price in single-product-page, and leave the variables such as color and size.
I do manage to delete the cart-button, modifying the simnple-product-page.php file, but then it also deletes the variables.
How can I juat delete the cart button and the price in single-product-page.
