 * I discover your plugin which could be a nice alternative to Custom Permalinks(
   from Mickael Tyson) which doesn’t seems to be support anymore.
 * There is some difference between your plugin and CP:
 * under categories, editing a single categorie you can’t edit permalink as with
   CP: is it a bug ?

   be included in the coming version(which would be released soon).

 * onirgoc, I have released the new version of **Permalinks Customizer** in which
   you can create the permalink of category and tags same as you did before by using**
   custom permalink plugin**.

 * Will do some test and give you feedback. A lot of people should be very please
   to find your plugin as “custom permalink” is not anymore supported and bring 
   some big trouble with new yoast version.
