# Categories bug

 * I just downloaded version 3.4. The booking time bug is fixed, however I have 
   encountered another one. When I assign services under a certain category, the
   services do not display when I attempt to expand the list of services under a
   specific category. I just does nothing. I have a variety of services, and this
   organization is key to keep the user experience as simplistic as possible.

 * Attempt to use the guide to solve issue: Unsuccessful. Before submitting an issue,
   I try your guide.
 * Another issue was found. When synchronizing with Google Calendar, the appointments
   are not added to the correct time block. I set an appointment for 1:00pm and 
   it showed up in the 8:00am time block.

 * I tried another booking and noticed that the bookings are synced to the calendar
   and placed in a time block that is 5 hours before the appointment. Is there a
   reason for this?

 * Yes it works on that site. I understand that you are implying that there is an
   issue with my theme. However, as I stated before, I follow the guide. Could you
   please look into this issue further, as you did with my booking time issue. I
   plan to purchase a Pro license. You will not be wasting your time I assure you

   deactivate all plugins but Salon Booking.

 * Should I seek another plug in? I have the Divi theme, tons of people use this
   theme. Is it just incompatible? Can you make it compatible?

 * synigencellc, wpchef suggested you switch to a default theme and deactivate all
   plugins, which is common troubleshooting step. As the reported issue no longer
   occurs when the theme and plugins are not active, it is a fair assumption that
   either your theme or one of your other plugins has an incompatibility that is
   causing your issue with this plugin.
 * To continue with your troubleshooting, activate your theme and plugins one at
   a time testing the site after each activation until the issue reappears. This
   will allow you to identify whether a specific plugin or the theme was causing
   the issue. Once that is known, further troubleshooting can be concentrated on
   that component.

 * Now I understand, thanks! When I activate my theme, the problem begins. The theme,
   Divi, is the issue. I have to buy a pro license for each site right? I have another
   Divi themed site where a client wants this plug in too. I told them to be prepared
   to pay.

 * I don’t know, but if you contact the vendor they’ll tell you what their terms
   are, and might be able to suggest a fix for the incompatibility.

 * Its only a single problem. Last time I had an issue with the theme, wpchef was
   able to help. Therefore, could you leave the next response for him. Thank you.
