Are there other stories missing? Or was it these?
There should be 26 stories.
Can you email me admin access? Yes, will do.

Did you change your content type? NO
Did you install any new plugins? Yes, but not on Sunday. I did add a new taxonomy.
The problem appears to be the Firefox browser. I checked the site with the Microsoft browser and the drop down menus worked better. The stories appeared as well. I will test it in Chrome and get back to you.

I’m on a Mac. 26 stories in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. All accounted for.
There seems to be no content on your /search page for me to check.
Can I suggest you disable this plugin: WP Content Copy Protection & No Right Click
and then test to see if the issue on Firefox is resolved. I suspect it will be.
From what I can see, taxonomy are accounted for, and this is just a Firefox issue. If that is incorrect, please email screenshots and explanations.
Please do report back!
Thank you.
At my last check, it was working on Firefox again. I did not change a thing.

@fandoment I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.
If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.
Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

Thank you, Jan Dembowsk. That user – and the others – are all emailing me PRIVATELY.
I do not advocate them sharing credentials here, of course. Some still do.

Jan’s comment wasn’t in hesitation that the user would post their details on the forums, though that is still a possibility. It was that you’re going too far. The person asked for support on the forums and you’re going to log into their site.

Please advise … if we aren’t able to replicate their problem, we want to investigate to see if themes, plugins, and settings may be causing the issue. If not, we want to understand what we need to address in our plugin.

Ask for log data. Ask for a list of installed plugins and their versions. What PHP are they running? What PHP modules do they have installed? What theme are they using? What theme version?
There are plugins that you can recommend and will easily provide that data. Here’s one.

Many plugins such as Woocommerce have that feature built in.
But do not ask or accept offers to login into user’s installation. That’s going too far and repeatedly doing that could lead to your plugin being removed from the WordPress repository.
If you really feel you need to do that then you may want to setup your own support on another site.
I’m not be obtuse when I suggest that and many plugin/theme authors do that. Obviously the rules here do not apply here to those other sites.

Thanks for the guidance. I was simply trying to rule out obvious problems (setup, theme or plugin conflict, etc). before escalating this to the developer. I’ll follow your suggestions. I appreciate the help.
